Scott and Ken will welcome you to the comfortable and friendly Mackenzie Guest House which is situated about one mile north east of Edinburgh's city centre and Princes Street (ten minutes by regular bus service from outside the house) and within easy walking distance of Edinburgh's Leith Waterfront area, with its wide range of bars and restaurants.
Mackenzie Guest House is ideally located for Royal Yacht Britannia, Ocean Terminal and the Scottish Office.
There are five newly refurbished bedrooms all equipped with colour TV, radio alarm clock and hair dryer. Two family rooms, one single, and two double or twin rooms.
If you have a car with you, you will appreciate the ample free on-street car parking and you will enjoy the unforgettable fully cooked Scottish breakfast, prepared using the best of local produce.

Mackenzie rates vary in the following range according to season, weekend and particular events held in Edinburgh.
Price will never be higher than the following maximum price reported:
• Single with private bathroom: £25.00 min.- £50.00 max
• Sharing ensuite: £25.00 min.- £45.00 max
Prices are in English Sterling per person per night, full Scottish breakfast and all taxes included.
Mackenzie cancellation policy:
Notice of cancellation received less than 48 hours (14 days during the festivals in August and at New Year), will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation. |
